Acoustics

This class is a semester-long class and will focus on sound production, the physics and science behind sounds, the different kinds of waves, and lots more. 

Here is a list of some of the projects we will be doing:

• Foley sound design project

• Recording Project 

• Concert recording project

• Transcription project

• Composition project

• Hip hop production project

• Rap production project (with vocals) 

To enroll in Principles of Acoustics, a lab fee of $100 is required at the time course selection forms are due. PER DISTRICT POLICY: Any equipment used in this class given by the school may not be taken home, and any replacement or repair costs are the student's responsibility if equiptment gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
